    Doors off track, worn rollers, frayed cables, doors that will not close. The service call is what a visit costs; the repair itself is quoted in writing before we start.

    Standard service call $79.95 Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. A full inspection, diagnostics and a written quote. The repair itself is quoted separately.

  • Springs & cables

    The most common failure on a garage door, and the one people are most often overcharged for.

    Typical two-spring door $449–$529
    One-spring door $299–$349 Both plus the $79.95 service call.

    Priced per door. On a two-spring door, we replace both as a matched set.

  • Rollers & tracks

    Rollers that grind or jump, and a door running out of true on its track. We replace track rather than repair it, and you get the figure in writing before we start.

  • Operators

    Replacement, priced on the drive type and the horsepower the door needs. Remotes and outside controls are repaired and quoted on the day.

    New residential doors. The estimate is free, with no service-call charge on a replacement visit.

  • Maintenance & tune-up

    A full inspection and adjustment before something breaks, which is the cheaper time to find it.

    Maintenance & tune-up $99.95 All-inclusive. No service call on top of this.

  • Emergency & same-day

    From 7:00 PM until we open again at 7:00 AM, every day. You hear the rate and agree to it before we set off, and the repair is quoted on top of it before any work starts.

    After-hours / emergency service call $159.95 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every day. The same inspection, diagnostics and written quote — the extra is for the hour, not for more work.
