Who is coming to your house
I spent my career in the Coast Guard before I did this. Jacob and I started Anchored because we kept hearing the same story from people about the last company that came out: a price that moved, a part that did not need replacing, a salesman in a service van.
So we run it the other way round. We publish what things cost. We tell you what is wrong and what it takes to fix it. Then you decide.
If your door doesn’t need replacing, we’ll tell you that too. That costs us a sale and earns us a customer, and we’ll take that trade every time.

Do we come out to you?
We are based at Fisherville, Kentucky and we drive to the job.
Repair, replacement, installation and after-hours emergency service.
Not sure whether you are in range? Call and ask. It takes a minute and we will tell you straight.
