The price on the table before we start
Almost nobody in this market publishes what a job costs. We do, on the pricing page, in writing before any work begins, and the figure you are given is the figure you pay.
Veteran-owned garage door installation and repair, with the price on the table before we start.

Four things we are held to
Integrity
The number you are quoted is the number you pay. It is written down before anything starts and it does not move afterwards.
Service
We tell you what we find, including when what we found is that nothing needs replacing yet. That costs us a job and it is still the right answer.
Reliability
We do what we say we will do, and we show up when we say we will. The warranty is stated in full rather than defined away in the paperwork.
Veteran Owned
Tyler is retired U.S. Coast Guard. It shows up as habits — arriving when you said you would, and saying so first when something is wrong.
Our commitment to you
These are the parts people usually find out about at the end. They are here instead.
- We work on residential garage doors.
- Every repair call, in hours or out of them. It is not waived if the repair turns into a replacement, and not if you go ahead with the work.
- Free, with no service charge: estimates on a door replacement or a new door installation; estimates for a new opener installation; the maintenance tune-up, which is all-inclusive — the price is the whole visit.
- 1 year on parts and labor, and 5 years on DuraMaster springs.
- Kentucky charges no sales tax on this work, so the quote is the price you pay.

We live where we work
Fisherville, Kentucky
We are based in Fisherville and we drive to the job. That is not a marketing radius — it is the roads we are on anyway, and it is why we will tell you when you are better off with someone closer rather than pricing in a long drive and hoping.
All eight counties are served on the same terms — Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Bullitt, Meade, Nelson and Hardin. The furthest one on the list gets the same hours and the same emergency rate as the nearest.
Normal hours are Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, across Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Bullitt, Meade, Nelson and Hardin counties.
Tyler and Jacob
Anchored Garage Doors is two people. There is no dispatcher, no call center and no salesman — when you ring the number on this site, one of us answers it.

Why we started it
We both spent years working on other people’s terms, and we kept meeting the same customer: someone who had been quoted one number on the phone and a different one in the driveway, or been sold a whole door when a spring would have done. Nobody sets out to be that company. It happens when the person doing the work is paid to sell rather than to fix.
So we built the version of it we would want at our own house. We publish what things cost. We put the figure in writing before anything starts. And that figure is the one on the invoice at the end, which removes the gap where the overcharging usually lives.

Tyler
Tyler White co-owns Anchored Garage Doors. He spent twenty years in the U.S. Coast Guard before this, and that is where the habits came from — turn up when you said you would, do the work properly, and tell people the truth about what their door actually needs. Anchored is veteran owned, and the standard is the same on every job: an honest recommendation, work that holds up, and a price you were told before we started.

Jacob
Jacob Schneider co-owns Anchored Garage Doors. He has more than twenty years fitting and repairing garage doors, and more than twenty years running operations and managing people — so he knows both how the work should be done and what it takes to run a business that keeps doing it well. Customer service in this trade is usually the first thing to slip. That is the part he intends to get right: quality work, customers treated properly, and a fair, honest price.
If your door doesn’t need replacing, we’ll tell you that too. That costs us a sale and earns us a customer, and we’ll take that trade every time.

What happens when you call
- 01
You call or text
Reach us on 502 469 5335. Tell us what the door is doing. A photograph helps and is never required.
- 02
We quote it in writing
You get the number before any work starts, and it does not change once you have it.
- 03
The work is done at that price
No hidden costs — the figure you agreed is the figure on the invoice. In the same visit wherever the part is on the truck.
